Holiday Collage
The holiday symphony this year was absolutely fabulous. It was a mixture of songs that moved seamlessly from one to the other. It included playing with the lights so that different areas were spotlighted or uplit. The group was fantastic and you could tell that a lot of them were having fun.

Chico Half and the Bozeman Symphony
It often amuses me the dichotomies that can occur when you live in a small town in Montana. Today, I spent a beautiful morning outside as the sweeper for a fun run 10k. Cold and windswept, the run was nonetheless well-attended. I started out behind everyone else and picked up the wayside markers along the way. I was slow, making sure that the couple in front of me had plenty of room. I decided to have some fun along the way. Thus, the pictures below. The couple, who were carrying a baby, turned back early and I was left about 30 minutes behind the next slowest group of people. It was a fabulous day with gorgeous vistas. I concentrated on being outside and had some fabulous moments of meditation. It's amazing how much more comfortable with silence I'm becoming.
